Sports massage is a hands-on treatment designed to reduce muscle tension, improve movement, and support recovery from training, work, or everyday physical stress.

 

Despite the name, sports massage isn’t just for athletes. It is suitable for anyone who wants to move better, recover quicker, and reduce aches and pains caused by exercise, desk work, or daily life.

 

During the session, your therapist will work through tight or overworked muscles using a range of techniques including deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching. This helps improve circulation, reduce stiffness, and restore normal muscle function.
